Construction of a new fire training facility for Warwickshire County Council. TCE supported with the pre-planning and construction phases to ensure a smooth project. The scope of the project included earthworks, drainage, surfacing, reinforced concrete and, pre-fabricated buildings.

• Site setting out – undertook setting out and dimensional control. Installed primary control for the works to be constructed.
• Earthworks volumes and strategy – developed design models, completed topographical survey of the area and produced full site volumes and supporting isopachyte drawings to decide on earth moving strategy
• Earthworks volumes for compensation event work – when unexpected ground conditions were encountered, accurate recording and substantiation was provided to support commercial claim
• As built verification – upon completion of the works, as built comparisons
• Planning and programming – produce short term site programmes
• Temporary works design
